I love weekends!! I love weekends especially when it’s sun outside, but also love the ones that we stay inside seeing the rain drops in the window and drinking some hot chocolate! On Weekend we have more time for everything, for relaxing, for making hobbies and for cooking! My friends all the time ask for my Portuguese (and others…) recipes, so I decide to make a recipe book with all of my specialities! Here is the first of many, a meat cake (in Portuguese Bola de carne). Have fun cooking and write to me if you have doubts!
